Katherine Corals Policies and Operating Procedures
SHIPPING POLICY
All Corals are shipped via UPS overnight delivery to the address you include on your order. Within a short time frame (1-4 days), I will email or text the customer their preferred delivery date. I do not ship on Mondays, or Fridays. If you prefer FedEx delivery, submit your requests within the email of your delivery date preference.
HEALTHY GUARANTEE & DOA POLICY
I only sell and ship corals that are healthy! I guarantee that all corals will arrive alive. In the event of a DOA, I must be notified within 2 hours of the package's arrival time (email or text), along with a clear photo of the coral within the bag. In the event that a customer does not notify Katherine Corals in the specified 2 hour timeframe, I may reserve the right to decline the refund/credit at my digression. Verified DOA's will be fully credited with replacement coral, or the value of the DOA towards a future purchase. Shipping cost will not be covered towards refunds. Katherine Corals is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. Katherine Corals can not be held responsible for delays to your package(s).
